MYTH: People are unhoused because they are lazy.

FACTS: Many unhoused individuals HAVE JOBS. The main problem? Wages are too low, and rent is too high. The national minimum wage fails to secure basic housing anywhere in America.
Perspective Check: When a worker is injured (a structural failure), we provide care. When low wages and high rents strike, we must provide structural support, not blame.

Powered By Love delivers critical aid like food, water, and toiletries to keep these struggling workers stable. Be the structural support they need!
