Great News To Report:

-Articles of Incorporation filed with the State Of AZ this week.

-501 3c (Tax Exempt Corporation) status expected to be approved in 10 business days.

-Initiating Uvuru Hospital Project (UHP) US Advisory Board forming. Chief nominated and expected to be approved by the board as well as 1 Nurse. 3 vacant slots left!!! 1 nursing, 1 physician asst or nurse practitioner, and one MD / DO slot vacant. Our chief is a General Surgeon who recently oversaw the construction of an outpatient surgery facility in inner city Los Angeles serving an underserved community. Our nurse nominee is an accomplished Cardiac Nurse with Psychiatric experience. Please message if interested in serving on the board.

-Land has been purchased for the hospital project.

-1st draft of the Hospital blueprint have been created by the planning team in Nigeria. I need our advisory board to form ASAP so we can begin reviewing the layout and the clinical program.

-Site visit to Nigeria by the US team scheduled for July/August
