Today is a heartbreaking day for the Schenectady Belmont Pop Warner family and our entire community.
We lost a football legend, a coach, a mentor, and a man who gave so much of himself to others.
Coach Carm was more than someone who coached football. He was a staple in our community. He was the kind of man who would give the shirt off his back to anyone who needed it. His heart was genuine, his love for the game was undeniable, and his impact on our youth will never be forgotten.
He helped shape young athletes, but more importantly, he helped shape young people. The lessons he taught, the encouragement he gave, and the lives he touched are part of the legacy he leaves behind.
There are people who pass through a program, and then there are people who become part of its history.
Coach Carm is Belmont history.
To his family and loved ones, please know that the Belmont family is grieving with you. We are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers and will forever be grateful for the love and dedication Coach Carm poured into this community.
Thank you for every lesson.
Thank you for every child you encouraged.
Thank you for every life you touched.
Thank you for giving so much of yourself to our community.
Your voice may be silent, but your impact will continue to speak through the generations of Belmont athletes and families you helped shape.
Rest peacefully, Coach Carm.
Your Belmont family will never forget you. ποΈπ
