🎉🎉TODAY'S THE DAY! Get in on the BMAM Band Scramble at the Blistered Fingers Family Bluegrass Festivals. Check out all the details below, and tell Steve Bixby we sent ya! 🎉🎉

Here is something FUN!!!

To continue our 30th Anniversary Celebration, BMAM President Steve Bixby will be organizing a good old fashioned Band Scramble at the Blistered Fingers Family Bluegrass Festivals in Litchfield on the Wednesday, June 17- the day before the start of the festival for those on site! (And if you want to come in for the day, Sandi & Greg are offering a $10 day pass that can be put towards a festival ticket if you decide to stay and upgrade!)

So, how does it work? 1. Bring your instrument 2.See Steve near the stage area on Wednesday at Noon to sign-up. 3. Bands will drawn at 2 PM 4. Your band has 2 hours to put together your set 5. Performance time! FUN!

We're pleased to announce the second-annual BMAM Band Contest at The Crooked River Gathering! We'll be updating the Band Contest page on www.mainebluegrass.org shortly. Put this on your calendar and reach out to Taylor Smith to get your band on the lineup!

This year we've got some fantastic and generous sponsors: Ear Trumpet Labs, D'Addario and Co., and Bourgeois Guitars. The winning band will get to perform on the main stage at a future Crooked River festival.
