Honoring Hannah Grace 🤍✨

For the last four months, it has been our privilege to pray for and encourage Hannah Grace's parents after they received a life-limiting diagnosis for their precious girl while she was still inutero. We rejoiced with them when the Lord answered prayers and blessed them with 3 months of having Hannah Grace in their arms. But now our hearts are mourning with them over the news of Hannah Grace’s passing.

To honor Hannah Grace’s life, our Praying Through volunteers wore fall colors and intentionally held Hannah Grace's parents in prayer the entire day.

Through tears, but with hope-filled hearts, we commend precious Hannah Grace for running her race and collectively say, “Well done, Hannah Grace.” 🤍✨

Until the day we meet you—and our Savior—face to face, we pray for comfort, peace, and strength for your family as they learn to walk this side of heaven without you. Though your time here was short, your life mattered. 🤍

Before a package ever reaches your doorstep, your name has already been lifted in prayer. 🤍

Through every step of the process, from the first resource selected to the final label placed, there are hands preparing, hearts interceding, and voices calling upon the Lord on your behalf.

We believe prayer isn’t just something we offer alongside our ministry- prayer is the very foundation of it.

You may never meet the people who prepared your package, but please know this: you have been prayed for, you are deeply loved, and you do not walk this road alone.

“And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him.” - 1 John 5:15 ESV

October 15th is Pregnancy & Infant Loss Rememberance Day and International Wave of Light🕯️

For every baby deeply loved and deeply missed, we remember.

In the midst of a grief that can feel impossibly dark, we cling to a hope that reaches beyond this life.

We believe that death does not have the final word. We believe in the promise of eternity. And we believe in a God who remains faithful- even when our circumstances are painful, our questions go unanswered, and the road ahead feels unbearably heavy.

He is near to the brokenhearted. He sees every tear. He holds every grieving family. And when we cannot see what He is doing, we can still trust who He is.

To every parent carrying the loss of a baby: your child is remembered. Your grief matters. Your story matters. And you do not walk this road alone.

Until the day when every tear is wiped away, we hold onto the hope of Jesus.🤍

September, by the numbers 🤍

Every number represents a story. A family walking through a season they never expected. A package filled with truth and hope. A prayer prayed. A reminder that, even in the darkest places, God is near and He is faithful.

In September, because of the generosity, prayers, and support of this community:
✨ 19 new families reached out for support
📦 173 Gospel Hope Packages were sent
🤍 1,389 items of biblical encouragement were placed into the hands of families who needed them
🙏 37 recurring monthly donors continued to faithfully support this mission
💛 $6,604 was given to help us continue delivering the hope of the Gospel

And these packages traveled far beyond our walls—reaching families across Florida, South Carolina, California, Ohio, North Carolina, and beyond.

We never want these numbers to become just numbers. Behind each one is a name, a family, a story, and an opportunity to remind someone that they are seen, they are prayed for, and they do not have to walk through the darkness alone.

Thank you to every person who gives, prays, volunteers, shares our ministry, or helps us place these resources into the hands of hurting families. You are part of every number on this page.

To God be the glory for all He continues to do through Praying Through Ministries. 🤍

Pregnancy loss is a grief that can be difficult to put into words. It's grieving a baby deeply loved, a future already imagined, and a life that mattered- no matter how brief.

We are praying for every family carrying the weight of a baby they should still be holding. 👼

Taking our thoughts captive doesn’t mean denying that we’re scared, grieving, angry, exhausted, or confused. It means refusing to let those feelings have the final word. When fear speaks, we answer with truth.

When circumstances tell us God has left, we remind our hearts of what His Word says: He is near. He is faithful. He is present. And He is still God

For months, we’ve been gathering names. Names of children who were hoped for, prayed for, held, loved, and deeply missed.

And today, we have the privilege of sharing them with you. Our 2026 Tears & Tossings Memorial Tee is officially available.

To every family who entrusted us with your child’s name: thank you. We know these aren’t simply words printed on the back of a shirt. Each name carries a story. A family. A life that mattered.

Our prayer is that when you wear this tee, you’re reminded that you do not carry your grief alone—and that your child is known, loved, and remembered.

Today, we wear their names. We speak their names. We remember them together. 🤍
