💙...and that concludes another successful Scorch Ignite program with teens from Girls Inc. of Sarasota!

We spent the last 2 months growing together, getting stronger and learning about how to support each other in the process.

We beat discouragement, fatigue, motivation and came out the other side. Many had never touched a barbell before or been in a gym and by the end were feeling confident and excited. Well, sometimes 😉.

We truly love seeing what fitness and community can do to young minds and hearts. We are so grateful to serve the youth in our community!

Another thank you to one of our biggest champions, Krystel Beall, for providing workout gear for the girls this session 💙
