Mental health matters every day. During Mental Health Awareness Month, we recognize the importance of emotional well-being, reduce stigma, and encourage open conversations about mental health. Taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body. Small steps like checking in with loved ones, practicing self-care, seeking support, and showing kindness can make a big difference. You are not alone, and help is always available. 💚

Less sugar can mean:
• More steady energy
• Fewer cravings

Looking to improve your health in a simple way? Start with fiber! 🌿

Eating more fiber can support digestion, keep you feeling full longer, and help maintain steady energy throughout the day. Think fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, and nuts.

Small changes make a big difference—add a serving of fiber to each meal and build the habit over time. Your body will thank you! 💚
