A Summer Camp Experience for Kids! 🏕️🪵

Brave Trails, a PFLAG-vetted partner, still has openings in its three California sessions for our LGBTQ+ Summer Leadership Sleepaway Camps.

This is a huge opportunity for young people to experience a summer full of q***r and trans joy, skill building, and lifelong friendships.

They are nearing the end of their financial aid for the year, and remaining funds are available on a first come, first served basis, so they are encouraging families to apply as soon as possible!

Ten years ago 49 lives were taken due to an anti LGBTQ+ rhetoric. With anti-trans and anti-lgbtq+ legislature and ideals increasing at an alarming rate we have to remind ourselves and others that hate has no place here. We will continue to fight for our lgbtq+ family and friends rights and will not back down, even when hate tries its best.

Happy International Day of Families!

No matter where you are or who makes up your family we are wishing you a great day and remind you that love is what makes a family.

The core of our mission as a chapter of PFLAG is this: All LGBTQ+ people deserve loving and affirming families, and that families who embrace their LGBTQ+ loved ones’ authenticity are all the stronger for it.

To the families who are on their journeys of understanding and learning we thank you for doing so. And to the families who are part of the community you are seen, loved, and valid!

Advocacy Webinar: 2026 Legislative Session Wrap Up!

Join PFLAG National’s Advocacy Team on Wednesday, May 20th at 8:30pm ET / 5:30pm PT for our 2026 Legislative Session Wrap Up! Hear from our team as we review what passed, what didn’t pass, and the amazing work our PFLAG advocates did to fight for our Pride at statehouses around the country.

The session will include a brief presentation, Q&A, and next steps you can take as this legislative season comes to an end. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend; whether you’re an expert advocate or just getting started in your advocacy journey, everyone is welcome! We hope to see you there!

Join us for the upcoming PFLAG Academy Online virtual learning session, Want to Be a Trans and Nonbinary Ally?: Expand Your Ally Journey Beyond the Binary.

Participants will learn about both gender identity and expression, review expansive pronouns and how to use them, and grow the skills they need to be stronger allies to people who are trans and nonbinary and better champions of belonging.
