One of the best things about being part of the Work & Travel program is getting real work experience that will serve you in your future career. But it’s also getting to know American culture and making the most of your free time, including going to concerts by your favorite artists! 🎶

Milana from Ukraine, one of our Work & Travel participants, didn’t miss the chance to see Imagine Dragons and The Weeknd live during her program. For her, that’s part of what makes coming to the U.S. on an exchange program so special.

If you could see any artist during your exchange program, who would it be?

10/16/2026

Milana from Ukraine, our Work and Travel alumna, is sharing a little about her experience in New York! 🗽

If you would like to be part of a cultural exchange experience in the U.S. through our Work and Travel program, visit chinet.org/work-and-travel. Are you ready to create your own story?

09/23/2026

Our Work & Travel team visited Boudin Bakery to talk with our participants about their experience this summer.

We heard incredible stories — building confidence, gaining independence, and improving their English skills while working alongside their American coworkers.

Are you a university student ready to improve your English, experience American culture, and gain real world work experience? Join CHI’s Work & Travel program.

Spring may be ending, but the adventures are far from over.
From Branson, the live entertainment capital of the Midwest 🎭 to Springfield, the birthplace of Route 66 🛣️, our Work & Travel participants are getting a true taste of Southern Missouri, discovering corners of the U.S. they never expected to find.
Can you imagine discovering places like these during your program? These are the moments that stay with you long after the end of your Work & Travel experience. ✨

GBA in Spain? YES! 🇪🇸✈️
Together with our partner , we brought Global Bridges Academy to Madrid for an unforgettable in-person orientation experience, sessions designed to support our participants’ personal growth and set them up for success in the Work and Travel program.
What stood out most was their curiosity, their independence, and their openness to new experiences. Each moment we spent with them reminded us the real power of cultural exchange.
Summer Work & Travel is waiting for you! We are excited to have you here. 🇺🇸🌎
