The Women’s Impact Alliance (formerly The Coaching Fellowship) is the place for women in social and environmental change to advance their leadership and impact in the world. More than 1,500 women from 80+ countries have been supported by our generous donors and a worldwide volunteer network of 220+ executive leadership coaches. rate the impact women in social change make – we are becoming The Women's Impact Alliance. We’re the same organization with the same values and people doing the same important work, providing leadership development, coaching, and access to network to both high potential and game-changing women leaders of impact. With our new name comes new energy and new possibilities as we realize our mission to accelerate women leaders into positions of power and influence so that decisions are made in the interests of humanity and the planet resulting in a just, sustainable and peaceful world.

There’s nothing like ringing in Fall with a fresh new look. And at WIA, we’re doing that by rolling out our new website!

Over the past year, Board Member Athena Katsaros has teamed up with our Graphic Designer Adila and Communications Manager Mena Ayazi, alongside three incredible web developer volunteers Ranga Sai Kumar, Bhanu Chandra Kiran Reddy, and Deeksha Reddy Chikoti to build a fresh space for our community of inspiring women around the globe.

💫 We wanted a site that was easy to navigate, properly showcased the women we work with, and celebrated their bold work through bold color and a space that reflects the high quality we’re consistently inspired by from our coaches and catalysts worldwide.
