🎉 Congratulations to Transitions-Mental Health Association (TMHA) on receiving a $1,500 grant from the United Way of SLO County Youth Board!

The grant will help expand TMHA's high school program which provides mental health education, peer support training, and su***de prevention resources to more than 1,400 students each year throughout San Luis Obispo County.

By equipping young people with the tools to recognize mental health challenges, support their peers, and access local resources, TMHA is helping reduce stigma, build resilience, and create healthier school communities.

We're honored to support this vital investment in youth mental health and well-being. 💙

When asked about her role at TMHA, she stated that she's a "Data and Billing Specialist for CITED" and that she "...really [likes] that everyone works collaboratively to get the job done, and everyone is willing to help others when needed."
