As part of LEAD Impact, our Leadership Action Teams partner each year with local nonprofits to help address key organizational challenges. This time, one of our teams worked alongside MANA de San Diego, an organization dedicated to empowering Latinas toward upward mobility and a better quality of life. Together, they built a blueprint to redesign MANA's membership model, focused on strengthening revenue stability, deepening member engagement, and fueling long-term organizational growth.

As part of LEAD Impact, our Leadership Action Teams partner with local nonprofits each year to help tackle key organizational challenges. This year, one of our teams partnered with Just in Time for Foster Youth (JIT), a San Diego based nonprofit that engages a caring community to help transition age foster youth achieve self-sufficiency and well-being. The team delivered a comprehensive presentation of their recommendations to JIT's leadership team, along with a roadmap to guide their next steps and support continued strategic planning.
