! This week, LEAD Impact alumni came together to serve as the selection committee for our Leadership Action Team (LAT) partners. Having all served on LATs themselves, they brought valuable expertise to the process, and we're grateful to them for giving their time back to LEAD.

Thank you to TD Smith, Vira Villarreal, and the entire Reality Changers team for hosting us for these interviews. We're excited to see which nonprofits are selected and what our cohort will accomplish alongside them!
