We are officially in the last 2 weeks of school, which means there are 100 things happening, 12 reminders coming your way, and all of us are just trying to make it to summer. We understand.

A few important reminders:

Sunday is the last day to bid in the auction, so take one last look before it closes.

Tuesday is our Volunteer Appreciation event and last PTA meeting of the year, right after drop-off in the Upper Media Center.

Please don’t forget to buy your yearbook. Students will receive them next week, and nobody wants their child giving “I was forgotten” energy on yearbook day.

Thursday is our End-of-the-Year Party right after Open House out on the blacktop. We’ll have food vendors, a bounce house, and an obstacle course for the kids.

Almost there, everyone. We can do this.

Final day of Staff Appreciation Week: snack day! ✨

We wrapped up our Hogwarts week with plenty of treats and one last little bit of magic for our amazing teachers and staff.

A huge thank you to every volunteer, room parent, and helping hand who made this week happen. From decorating, donating, setting up, cleaning up, cooking, organizing, and showing up, it truly took a village.

To our incredible staff, we hope you enjoyed the week and felt even a small piece of how appreciated you are. Thank you for the love, patience, and magic you bring to our students every day. 🪄

Day 4 of Staff Appreciation Week: the Room of Requirement understood the assignment. ✨

Today’s staff lunch appeared in the form of a sandwich and salad bar, because sometimes the magic we need most is fresh bread, good toppings, and a lunch we did not have to pack ourselves.

Day 3 of Staff Appreciation Week came with a little Persian comfort food and a lot of love. ✨

Today our staff lounge smelled like saffron, rice, and something way better than cafeteria lunch. We were so happy to treat our teachers and staff to a homemade Persian meal as part of our Hogwarts week.

Day 2 of Staff Appreciation Week: Dumbledore has entered the building. ✨

Principal Giroux traded in his usual principal duties for a robe and a very important mission: delivering sweets, tea, and coffee to our teachers and staff around campus.

Day 1 of Staff Appreciation Week was full of Hogwarts magic! ✨

With the help of our amazing room parents, we were able to give a small gift card to all 57 of our school staff members, along with a copy of their Hogwarts-style portrait to keep.

We also set up a grazing board in the lounge for everyone to enjoy throughout the day. A huge thank you to Taylor, Katie, Diane, Yassi, Yvonne, and Nicole for helping us put it all together.

A little Hogwarts magic has arrived in the staff lounge for Staff Appreciation! ✨

From Platform 9 ¾ at the door to all four house displays, we loved transforming the space into something fun and magical for our incredible school staff. We even turned staff photos into Hogwarts-style portraits and sorted each teacher into their house!

Thank you to our amazing staff for making our school feel magical every day. 🪄📚

This year’s Staff Appreciation Week theme is Harry Potter, and we are excited to make it a fun and magical week for our amazing teachers and staff.
Please take a moment to fill out this short form to sort your child’s teacher into a Hogwarts house and, if you would like, send an Owl Post message to a teacher or staff member:

We will also have optional daily ways for students to join in the fun:
Monday: bring a note, card, or drawing
