Trauma Intervention Programs (TIP) of San Diego, Inc., is a non-profit volunteer-based program developed to provide support and assistance to those traumatically affected in emergency situations.

🚨 We’re Hiring: AM Crisis Team Coordinator/Operations Supervisor 🚨

We’re looking for a dedicated leader to help guide and strengthen our 24/7 crisis response program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and support crisis response volunteers
• Oversee daily operations of a 24/7 program
• Coordinate schedules to ensure reliable coverage
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and ongoing volunteer development
• Collaborate with emergency responders and community partners
• Support or respond to crisis calls when needed
