Senior hamster SinClair is announcing our service fees will be increasing:
Nail-trims/wellness-services now $15 per pet
Boarding fee increases will be announced shortly.
We try and support our wee community as much as possible by keeping charges low, however due to being a small man the business world we are not winning the fight for financial survival.
We hope you will continue to use our services and support your local small animal rescue and business.

As boar guineas (males) age Wee Companions recommends “cleaning” every month or so. This involves checking for f***l impactions and emptying the boar sac of debris( hay, bedding,f***l matter etc). Extracting the p***s to check for the same debris and cleaning that area too is recommended.
If you live in San Diego area we offer this service during open hours for a small charge.

Arrived at Wee Companions tonight thanks to the efficient rescue network team and some kind caring people to help transport them from Huntington Beach to San Diego.
Two baby boys in pretty decent shape but two young pregnant mamas that are bags of bones with hair loss and obvious neglect and malnourishment.
Mamas need to be kept clean and well nourished. They will receive vitamin C rich foods and a liquid daily supplement, but also calcium in the form of dark leafy veggies, spinach, kale, and alfalfa hay.
We will check the bellies for “quickening” or movement from the babies and hope the remainder of their pregnancies will go smoothly!
Please wish our new girls well, more updates to come.
