Our Q4 Training Schedule is open — and we can't wait to see you there. 💛

Seventeen virtual sessions from October through December, including the full Mindful Manager core series and three Specialty Workshops. All built on one idea: you deserve real support, not more theory.

New this quarter — the Manager Working Group. Management can feel isolating. This is the antidote. Four facilitated sessions where nonprofit managers bring the challenges they're actually wrestling with and work through them together, with expert guidance and a whole lot of shared understanding in the room. No one's expected to have it all figured out — that's kind of the point. Meeting Oct 19, Oct 26, Nov 2, and Nov 9, with a member discount available.

Nobody has a spare 7.89 hours.

That's the average our leaders spent on the learning platform in August — carved out of packed calendars, back-to-back meetings, and grant deadlines that don't move. Nobody found that time. They chose it.

Some of it looked like a Mindful Manager cohort working through a hard conversation they'd been avoiding. Some of it was 13 people opening the platform for the first time and deciding to keep going. Some of it was a Stoic leader sitting with a decision instead of rushing it.

Development doesn't happen at the retreat. It happens in the hour you protect when nothing is on fire.

We just wrapped another Specialty Workshop — and the feedback said it all.

Nonprofit leaders spend their days carrying a lot. This two-hour session gave them practical tools for stress, control, and staying grounded when the work feels heavy.

The results:

Hot take: Time management is the wrong goal. The real skill is attention management — and almost no one is teaching it.

You can have a perfectly blocked calendar and still spend your whole day reacting, context-switching, and feeling like you got nothing important done.

What you protect isn't time. It's the focus. And in a sector fueled by urgency and under-resourcing, that's incredibly hard.
