HAPPY WORLD DOWN SYNDROME DAY!! 🧦🥳

We partied a day early at school, rockin’ our mismatched socks, dancing our hearts out, and celebrating our friends with Down Syndrome, while reinforcing that inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.

On World Down Syndrome Day, we’re reminded how important it is to teach inclusion early, as every child in and out of our classrooms deserves to know they are valued, adored, and an important part of the community.

So, rock your mismatched socks to show that everyone belongs 🧦 They’re a simple way to spark conversations that spread awareness and acceptance. Wear them loud and proud, and if someone asks why, help spread the message 💛🥰

Here’s to inclusion, kindness, and making sure every friend KNOWS they belong today and every day 💙☀️

Breaking in our brand new playground and celebrating our 2 year anniversary the best way we know how, with our incredible community! 🎉🛝💛

Our ribbon cutting and playground dedication was filled with laughter, play, and so much love from our families, friends, supporters, and community members. Seeing children of all abilities explore our fully inclusive playground together was the perfect way to celebrate this milestone. 🌈🛝

A heartfelt thank you to all of our generous donors who made this space possible, including the Foundation for Developmental Disabilities, John Chiles & Frances Heidt, Allie & Bertrand Thomas, and Kristen Bell. ☀️♥️

We are also deeply grateful to the donors who helped us install our inclusive rubber ground cover in loving memory and honor of Vincent Trân Kim Oánh. Your generosity ensures this playground will be a safe and welcoming place for all children to play, explore, and thrive. 💫
