Bridging Across Mountains has been working quietly and diligently behind the scenes to serve and support our community.

We were honored to attend this year’s Transitions Fair at the Moose Lake Correctional Facility, where we had the opportunity to connect with individuals preparing for the next chapter of their lives and share resources that can help support their transition back into the community.

As a newer organization, we are still learning, growing, and finding ways to build meaningful connections. We are grateful for every opportunity to show up, listen, learn, and serve.

We were also honored to be featured by WDIO as part of their coverage of the Transitions Fair!

Thank you to everyone who continues to support Bridging Across Mountains and the work we are doing. We may be working quietly, but we are working hard—and we are just getting started.

Our office will be closed on Thursday, July 3, and Monday, July 6 in observance of the Independence Day holiday weekend.

We hope everyone has a safe, fun, and relaxing Fourth of July weekend with family and friends!

Youth Wellness Garden Program – Now Enrolling Grade 9th -12th! 🌼🌱

Come join us this summer for our Youth Wellness Garden Program!

Learn how to grow your own garden, connect with nature, build new friendships, and enjoy wellness activities designed to help you relax, recharge, and grow.

Program Highlights:
*Hands-on gardening experience
*Wellness and self-care activities
*Build friendships and community
*Food provided each program day
*$100 stipend upon successful completion
Reward at the end of the program

📍 Location: Frogtown Park & Farm
🕒 Time: Wednesdays, 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
📅 Program Dates: 6/24/26, 7/1/26, 7/8/26, 7/15/26, 7/22/26, 7/29/26, 8/5/26, & 8/12/26

Hmong Day is THIS WEEKEND and (BAM) Bridging Across Mountains will be there bringing the vibes, the smiles… and the lemonade 🍋

Come stop by our booth to support the amazing men, women, and youth in our community or just swing by to say hi! We’d love to see familiar faces and meet new ones
