Thank you Shoes From Susan for allowing us to take over 70 Club youth shoe shopping!

As kids get ready for their first day of school, they can feel confident and comfortable wearing something they picked out themselves. Moments like these remind us how powerful community partnerships can be in helping youth feel ready for what’s ahead.

Congratulations to all of our incredible Club spellers who competed in the 2026 Spelling Bee yesterday!

Youth from seven different Boys and Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities came together at Mall of America to showcase their skills and confidence.
After the competition, the spellers celebrated with rides and fun throughout the park.

A special shoutout to the Mt. Airy Club, this year’s winner of the traveling trophy!

Last week, we celebrated the unveiling of a WWE SummerSlam-inspired teen space, made possible through the generosity and partnership of WWE, Cricket Wireless, , Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Heart of America, and so many dedicated volunteers.

What makes this project especially meaningful is that our youth helped lead it from the very beginning.

Congratulations to our East Side Club “Super Builders” Khoua, John, and Eliys, who were selected to help design and bring this space to life. Over the past several weeks, they worked side by side with designers during the design charrette. They shared their vision for how the space should function, and led volunteers during installation day.

This wasn’t just a room makeover. It was an opportunity for young people to lead and create. Thank you to all who supported!

Last week, we shared how Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities equips Club teens with the skills and confidence to pursue their goals. Today we're excited to share what that looks like in action.

Four BGCTC teens traveled to Washington, D.C. this week to participate in The Summit for America's Youth, joining young leaders from across the country to speak up about the issues that matter most to them and their peers.

Because of supporters like you, these young people had the opportunity to develop their voices, advocate for their communities, and represent Minnesota on a national stage.
This is what it looks like when teens have the resources and support they need to build the future they are ready for.

Will you make a gift to Future Ready to help more Club youth build the skills, confidence, and experiences that prepare them for a bright future?

Thank you for investing in the next generation of leaders!

When you invest in BGCTC, you help young people become leaders today and in the future. Through the Changemaker Challenge, Club teens are tackling issues they care about most, including mental health advocacy and community impact projects, while building the leadership, communication, and teamwork skills that prepare them for success.

This year, a group of Club teens earned mental health certifications to better support their peers. Next week, they’ll travel to Washington, D.C., for the Summit for America’s Youth, where they’ll strengthen their advocacy skills and represent the voices of their communities.

💙 Your support makes opportunities like these possible. Help more youth become Future Ready by making a gift before July 15.
