Let’s Draw Happy Hearts and Strong Minds!

Sometimes, we all feel a little stormy inside—like rainy clouds or a gusty wind. But just like the sunshine comes out after the rain, we can find ways to feel calm and happy again!

Join us for a special Children’s Day Art Event where young artists can express what helps them feel better when they’re sad, mad, or frustrated. Whether it’s playing outside, talking to someone you love, or imagining your favorite rainbow—let’s turn cloudy feelings into sunny ones through art!

Event Details:
• Who: Kindergarten to 5th Grade
• Theme: My Happy Heart (Draw what makes your heart feel calm and your mind strong)
• Why: To explore fun ways to stay happy and strong, no matter what feelings arise.
• Size: 12” x 18” construction paper
• Materials: Crayons, pastels, markers, colored pencils
• Prizes: All participants will receive a prize.

How to Participate:
• Create your artwork at home before May 3rd. (Don’t forget to write your name on the back!)
• Bring it to the Children’s Day event and drop it off at the registration booth.
• See your artwork on display!

How to register for the art event:
When filling out the Children’s Day registration form, mark your intention to participate in the art event in Question 7.

For any questions about the art event, feel free to reach out to Hyeyoon Park at [email protected].
We can’t wait to see your creativity shine!
