Your roots are part of your power. 🌟

We sat down with three Latina mentors to talk about heritage, identity, and the advice they'd give their younger selves. From embracing who you are to celebrating where you come from, their words are full of encouragement for girls everywhere.

Because when girls know their story, they're empowered to write their future. 💜

This October, we're not doing International Day of the Girl on our own.

We've teamed up with TeamWomen and DIVA International to build a full day for girls ages 10–18, and each of us is bringing what we do best.

We're closing the day with Own Your Leadership, Own Your Voice, helping girls tell their stories and practice advocating for themselves and each other. TeamWomen opens things up with their Empower Leadership Academy, giving girls real insight into how they lead and communicate. Project DIVA International walks girls through From Allowance to Assets™, a practical financial starting point built specifically for teen girls.

We're proud to be part of this. Free event. Space is limited. Register your girl now.

What if your girl walked into a room and left it different?

Not "had fun" different. Not "good day" different. The kind where she finally says the thing she's been sitting on, and someone claps instead of shrugging.

On October 10th, three organizations are putting 10 to 18 year old girls in one room in St. Paul for a full day built around exactly that. They'll figure out how they lead, how money actually works for them, and how to use their voice when it counts. Free popsicles included.
