Adrienne Diercks has been saying some version of this to students for over 20 years.

Right after stepping off the Celebrate Changemakers stage, she said it again.

"Dream big and be bold. There's nobody in the world that's just like you. So go be you and explore the world and ask for support — we're here to support you."

I'm a Girl Scout and... an athlete. 🏀

300+ Girl Scouts took over Target Center Saturday's Minnesota Lynx x vs Las Vegas Aces game. Courtside warm-ups. The ball exchange at tip-off. A 50-girl fan tunnel into the second half. Postgame free throws. So many unforgettable memories.

Being a Girl Scout was never the thing that competes with sports. It's the team that shows up for both.

For over 20 years, Adrienne Diercks has been asking the same question: what's possible when you truly invest in a young person?

As the Founder and Executive Director of Project Success, she has built an organization around that question — and the answers have changed thousands of lives across the region. A new strategic plan is on the horizon to reach even more students and more communities.

On May 28, Adrienne was honored as our 2026 Curiosity Changemaker at the Celebrate Changemakers Gala at the St. Paul RiverCentre. She is the final honoree in our 2026 Changemaker series.
