St. Paul Art Collective The St Paul Art Collective celebrates the diversity of art that Saint Paul has to offer.

By nurturing a vibrant arts community, the Saint Paul Art Crawl inspires artistic growth and fosters a creative exchange of ideas. Recognized for its tremendous success, the Saint Paul Art Crawl has become a model arts event that is emulated in cities across the country. To the artists and residents of Saint Paul, the event means much more, though. The Art Crawl has evolved from a fun weekend art event twice a year in April and October, to a framework for creating and fostering important, interdependent relationships between the arts community and the city itself. The Collective and its member artists receive a tremendous amount of support from residents, businesses and local government in order to stage an event of this magnitude, and in return, they’ve given Saint Paul a close-knit, vibrant and energetic art community that actively contributes to the greater Twin Cities culture.

We are excited to share that this year, Mears Park will be a venue for the St. Paul Art Crawl. Artists will be able to showcase and sell their art im the park on Saturday, October 17th from 12pm to 8pm.
The day will also feature some live music. More details to come on that.

Excited to share my poster artwork for the 2026 Fall St. Paul Art Crawl, happening October 16–18! ✨

The piece is rooted in Dakota relationships to place, knowledge, and creativity. Imnížaška (Saint Paul) and Wakpá Tháŋka (the Mississippi River) ground the imagery in Dakota homelands, while Kapémni connects the earth and spirit worlds.

The star glowing in the lamp represents Šičuŋ, the sacred gifts we carry into this world from the stars: our knowledge, purpose, wisdom, and the unique things we're meant to discover, develop, and share. I especially wanted that idea at the heart of a poster celebrating artists, because creating is one of the ways we transform what we've been given into something new.

The eagle carries patterns inspired by Dakota floral art, honoring generations of ancestors who carried beauty, identity, and knowledge through their artistry.

I'm looking forward to seeing Saint Paul filled with art again this fall. 💫
