Monday evenings are made for slowing down and coming home to yourself.

Join us at 6:00 PM for our Science of Mind Book Study, where we listen together to Cynthia James' reading of the Science of Mind textbook, reflect, and open into real conversation about what's arising for you. Ernest Holmes called this teaching "something intelligent to think about, something satisfying to believe in, and something practical to use" — come discover it with us, whether you're brand new to this path or you've been walking it for years.

Then at 7:15 PM, stay for Meditation & Sound Bath. We'll set our intentions by candlelight, draw guidance from the cards, and settle into a deeply restorative meditation carried by guided journey and closing out with the healing resonance of sound bowls.

Come for one, stay for both — either way, you're exactly where you're meant to be. 💛

Stop what you're doing. Put your feet flat on the floor. Take three slow, deep breaths. And remind yourself: I am here. I am okay. This moment is enough.
It sounds simple because it is. Grounding doesn't have to be complicated — it just has to be intentional.
