Join Us! 🇺🇸 Veterans Day, November 11th, 🇺🇸
For a Roseville Rotary Veterans Day Celebration
Honoring Those Who Served

Join Roseville Rotary Club on Wednesday, November 11 for a special Veterans Day Celebration as we come together to recognize and thank the men and women who have served our country.

The event will feature lunch, a patriotic musical performance by a Roseville High School Band Ensemble, and a special presentation by our featured speaker, Christopher Carlson.

Featured Speaker: Christopher Carlson

A Minnesota native, Carlson is a retired U.S. Navy Captain who served both on active duty and in the Naval Reserve. His career included extensive work in naval intelligence, including service as a senior naval systems and warfare analyst with the Defense Intelligence Agency.

Carlson is also an accomplished author and game designer. He has co-authored eight novels with Larry Bond, including Cold Choices, a New York Times bestseller, and Exit Plan, which was selected as one of Publishers Weekly's best thriller books of 2012.

His unique combination of military service, intelligence experience and storytelling promises to make this a memorable Veterans Day program.

It was a fascinating opportunity to hear Justice Anderson share stories from his years of public service, along with his thoughtful perspectives on today’s government and the importance of the rule of law. His experiences and insights offered a meaningful reminder of the value of civic education, public service, and staying engaged in our democracy.

This past Monday's guest speaker ~ A great reminder from Scott Welle: You don’t have to be perfect—you just have to keep challenging yourself to be better than you were yesterday.

Scott teaches us to recognize the self-limiting beliefs that can hold us back, push beyond our comfort zones, and focus on the things we can control. Whether in business, athletics, or everyday life, his message is simple: challenge yourself, raise your game, and OUTPERFORM your own norm.
