August Challenge: 31 Students in 31 Days

Can your club help 31 students start the school year ready to learn?

Your club's 31 can look different from another club's 31.

A few ideas:
• Provide classroom supplies that benefit 31 students.
• Stock a school supply closet.
• Fill backpacks for individual students.
• Donate hygiene items.
• Help meet another need identified by your local school.

Not sure what's needed? Connect with a school nurse, counselor, principal or teacher and ask what would help their students most.

Smaller club budget? That's okay. The goal is 31 students helped — not 31 backpacks purchased.

Imagine the impact! If every District 5M-5 club helps at least 31 students, together we could help more than 1,100 students across Hennepin County start the school year ready to learn.
