The Farmhouse is ready for its next household!

After months of renovation, the historic farmhouse at The Homestead in Rockport is ready to welcome a new year-round household. The three-bedroom home is now available for applications. What does “missing middle” actually mean?

The “missing middle” includes working households who earn too much to qualify for traditional affordable housing programs, but not enough to afford today’s market housing prices. They’re caught in the middle. Without housing options that match their income, many are forced to make long commutes, postpone buying a home, or leave the communities where they live and work.
