October is Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Month. ❤️

Sudden cardiac arrest occurs when the heart’s electrical system suddenly malfunctions, preventing the heart from pumping blood effectively to the brain and body. It can affect people of any age—often with little or no warning.

Awareness is more than knowing the term. It means recognizing the emergency and being prepared to act when every second matters.

School is back in session, and RMCCF was proud to host our first Kindness Korner event of the 26/27 school year at Stokoe Elementary! Kiddos took Kindness Pledges, made sidewalk chalk Kindness Gardens, and decorated their own Kindness Bookmarks to bring back to their classrooms.
