Every second, the brain filters millions of sensory inputs, shaping how we think, feel, and perform. For many neurodivergent individuals, poorly designed environments can create sensory overload, leading to stress, fatigue, and exclusion. This session explores the intersection of Neuroinclusion and Neuroaesthetics, examining how sound, lighting, thermal comfort, and spatial design influence human experience. Attendees will gain practical strategies for creating environments that support neurological diversity, enhance well-being, and transform spaces into intuitive, inclusive places where everyone can thrive.
For the first 15 Members to register for this event, you will receive a copy of Kay Sargent’s Book - Designing Neuroinclusive Workplaces: Advancing Sensory Processing and Cognitive Well-Being in the Built Environment. A limited number of additional copies will be available for purchase at the event.
