We are excited to welcome Jessica Flannagan to our team as our new Richmond Development Director!

Jessica brings a powerful combination of pediatric healthcare experience, nonprofit development expertise, and a deep passion for community engagement. After beginning her career as a pediatric nurse, she developed a firsthand understanding of the challenges families face, which continues to drive her commitment to mission driven work.

Most recently, Jessica served as Associate Director of Events and Engagement at Ronald McDonald House Charities, where she raised more than $2 million through impactful events and partnerships. We are thrilled to have her leadership as we continue to build meaningful connections and create life changing impact across Greater Virginia.
