Robyn Setzer was driving a 2020 Ford Explorer west on the Turner Turnpike about seven miles east of Stroud when a wheel came off an eastbound vehicle, jumped the median and crashed into Setzer’s windshield and roof, causing the roof to collapse on her head, the OHP reported. Her husband, David Setzer, said the crash happened about 10:20 a.m. last Wednesday.

Setzer, 59, was pinned in the wreckage and had to be cut out of her SUV by emergency responders, according to an OHP report.

I am the only person in the entire United States with the NTSB DOCUMENT from 1992-3 and the lady copy of the newspaper truck report “Killer Wheels” ask me. Over 50,000 wheel offs occur a year now! One almost hit me it came from a Fed Ex Truck and it’s in my backyard!!!! for evidence!
I wish it was a BOEING Wheel or a Door from a 737 Max 9 then I would find out “Why Did The Wheel Come Off???

We would like to get the funds necessary for the Parents of Corey and all of the people who knew him to enable the family to give a yearly Scholarship to a student who attends the High School were Corey Graduated From! The Student the Parents choose must emulate the spirit and kindness and the quality's of Corey!
