Thank you again to everyone who actually came together to make this just, fair, and needed change.

While much of the work we do in this industry goes unseen, and we accept that, it is important that people know who stood beside them when it truly mattered.

Thank you to every farmer, consumer, grower, and canna lover who took action when we asked for help. This victory belongs to everyone who showed up. We can only succeed together.

Craft growers can now host events outside of their storefronts! Well as soon as Hochul signs the new law. It's been on her desk for over a month.

Add your name calling upon her to take action today!!

Our bill passed! We introduced language to include microbusinesses among the licenses permitted to throw events and it passed!

The bill did not include all of our language, which would have permitted all micros (even those without storefronts). So we have been working with OCM who has heard us and has committed to examining the potential to broaden the definition of retail authority to include micros without brick and mortar. If implemented, ALL micros could host events.

But first the Governor needs to sign it into law!

If you do not know Long Island Cannabis Coalition then you don't know NY cannabis. Long Island seems to get the least amount of coverage but holds the biggest heart when it domes to growing, selling, and enjoying herb.

Rooted in true community they have built something truly special out there. Get to know the growers, processors, brands on the Long Island of our Empire State because they have banded together and are making something truly beautiful happen! Huge flowers for them.

The heart beat of the LICC is Hugo and his family all of whom it has been an honor getting to know. Thanks for being a judge. Thanks for being you. Thanks for keeping this plant the heroine of our story!!
