With heavy hearts we announce the passing of longtime Lion Dave Houlihan. Dave was an active volunteer for many years in all of the Lions Club's service projects and activities. He has served as the coordinator for our Annual Mini-Park maintenance program, spent countless hours every Thanksgiving preparing meals for delivery to our community, and joined us in visiting the residents at Ferncliff each Christmas. We extend our deepest condolences to Dave's wife Rosemary and all of his family and friends. Thank you Dave, for making Rhinebeck a better place.πŸ™πŸ»πŸ’”πŸ™πŸ»πŸ’”πŸ™πŸ»

This morning members of the Rhinebeck Lions Club, along with their families and friends visited local nursing homes. We distributed gifts and greeting cards handmade by local pre-schoolers to the residents and helped spread some Christmas cheer.
Merry Christmas to all!🌲🌲🌲

Honored to have our District Governor Tom Roberts join us for our Monthly meeting tonight. Tom had the honor of swearing in two of our new members, Randy Alstadt and Hal Buch, both of whom were recruited and sponsored by Roger Quon. He also presented service awards to Joe Kupiec and Paul Page, as well as a certificate for membership retention to the Club President, Nancy Dib.
