Fleece has never been the loudest pup in the room. She’s the one sitting back quietly, watching the world with those adorable ears tuned into every little sound. ❤️
Truthfully, we started calling her “Felicia” because after every one of her siblings left, she’d trot away from me like, “Bye Felicia.” 😂
She’s reserved. Thoughtful. A little shy until trust clicks into place. She’s not your typical Velcro Doberman shadow attached to your hip 24/7. Fleece likes connection on her terms, and when she gives you that trust, it means something.
You can absolutely tell this girl was raised alongside a livestock guardian dog. She carries a lot of those same qualities:
• Alert bark
• Observant nature
• Slightly aloof with strangers
• Calm, gentle soul
She prefers dog friends who respect personal space and aren’t overly pushy. Belly rubs, however? Immediate yes. Every time.
She’s almost 5 months old, expected to stay around 50 pounds full grown, housebroken with a doggy door, and wonderfully non-destructive.
And the ears ❤️❤️
Somewhere between Doberman elegance and livestock guardian wisdom.
Fleece is the kind of dog who won’t bulldoze her way into your life. She’ll quietly weave herself into your heart instead.
Available for adoption through Mizfit Muttz Rescue.
