Vendors and others seem to be lost. We are at the Gandolfo Rodeo Arena at the top of Loop Road off Vista Blvd In Sparks. We are not at the Reno Rodeo and Fairgrounds off Wells and we are not at the Golden Eagle Park at the North end of Vista. We are right below the big S on the hillside.
