4 years with Girls Inc. NSV for our amazing Program Manager, Shannon!

Shannon is the person behind so much of what makes our programs successful — keeping things organized, supporting our facilitators, making sure our girls have meaningful experiences, and somehow juggling about 47 things at once. 😄

Her dedication, heart, and passion for the girls we serve are such an important part of our team, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she brings to Girls Inc. NSV.

We’re searching for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in and support a busy nonprofit team dedicated to inspiring all girls to be Strong, Smart & Bold! 💪📚✨

💼 Administrative Assistant
⏰ Part-Time | 20–30 hours per week
📅 Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends
💰 $21–$23/hour

This position will help support day-to-day operations, organizational projects, data and grant reporting, programs, communications, fundraising activities, special events, and more.

Experience working in an office environment is required, and nonprofit or project coordination experience is a plus!
