Black Hills Chamber Music Society proudly presents The Lazarus Band. Tickets now available at www.bhchambermusic.org Individual and Season tickets available.
Take the tiki lounge sounds of the 1960's, the rhythmic pulsing of bossa nova plus instrumental pyrotechnics, add mint and shake - this is A Night in the Tropics.
Join Charles Lazarus and his band for an afternoon of re-imagined jazz standards and joyful originals! This program will include music inspired by the sultry melodies and evocative rhythms of the world's tropical climates - Brazil, Cuba, Africa, Hawaii and more.

String Masterclass
It's difficult to explain why we present the top classical musicians each year. There are so many reasons: the concerts are great, the friendships are awesome, and many more.
The real reason is the interaction with area students and introducing them to the best musicians we can bring to the Black Hills. Having them share their talents and knowledge is an incredible opportunity. Interactions such as these open so many opportunities.
Thank you to Calvary Lutheran Church - Rapid City for hosting our string masterclasses.
Final concerts are Friday and Saturday at the The Journey Museum: https://www.cmfbh.org/holiday-gift.html

Final concerts coming this weekend, July 25 and 26, 7 PM at the Journey Museum.
Tickets: https://www.cmfbh.org/holiday-gift.html
"Southern Harmonies" works influenced by the melodic music of the American South. Appalachian fiddle playing, warm summer breezes, lemonade on the front porch.
Closing the season with the iconic "American String Quartet" by Dvorak.

Great concert last night. One more tonight at the Journey, 7 pm.
