June is National Cancer Survivors Month
A time to recognize the strength, resilience, and courage of cancer survivors everywhere.

Every survivor's journey is unique. Some are newly diagnosed. Some are in treatment. Some are years beyond their diagnosis. Every story matters.

This month, we honor all those who continue to move forward with hope, determination, and grace.

💜 Tell us about a survivor who inspires you.

Some days feel hopeful. Some days feel overwhelming.

For those facing pancreatic cancer, hope isn't about pretending everything is okay. It's about finding the strength to keep moving forward, one day at a time.

Today, we're holding space for the survivors, caregivers, families, and loved ones navigating this journey.

What helps you hold onto hope during difficult times?

Pancreatic cancer has been called the "silent killer" for decades.

But every conversation, every shared story, every symptom recognized, and every voice raised makes it a little less silent.

Awareness isn't just about statistics. It's about helping people recognize the signs, encouraging important conversations, supporting research, and standing with families affected by this disease.

Today, we're asking you:

💜 What's one thing about pancreatic cancer you wish the world knew?

Share your answer below. Your voice could help someone else learn something they never knew they needed to know.

💜 17 Years of Hope. Support. Impact. 💜

Today, we proudly celebrate 17 years of the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation and the incredible community that has made this mission possible.

Since our founding in 2009, NPCF has remained committed to delivering unwavering support to patients and families facing pancreatic cancer. Through financial assistance, patient advocacy, educational resources, awareness initiatives, integrative therapies, and community support, we have worked every day to help improve quality of life for those affected by this devastating disease.

Over the years, because of our donors, volunteers, partners, survivors, caregivers, and supporters, we have been able to provide assistance to hundreds of families and continue funding programs that bring hope when it is needed most.

To every patient who trusted us, every family who shared their journey, every volunteer who gave their time, and every supporter who stood beside us—thank you. You are the heart of this organization.

As we celebrate this milestone, we also recommit ourselves to the work ahead: funding research, raising awareness, expanding support services, advocating for patients, and continuing the fight against pancreatic cancer.

Together, we have made a difference for 17 years.

Together, we will continue to bring hope for many more.

💜 Happy 17th Anniversary, NPCF! 💜

Most people mean well but,

sometimes, even supportive-sounding comments can unintentionally make someone feel:
• Dismissed
• Pressured to stay positive
• More alone in what they’re carrying

Often, the most meaningful support sounds simpler:
“I’m here.”
“I’m listening.”
“You don’t have to go through this alone.”

No one expects perfection.
Feeling supported is what matters most.

💜 Send this to someone who wants to show up better for a loved one navigating cancer.

Caregivers are often expected to hold everything together.

To stay strong.
To stay positive.
To keep showing up no matter how overwhelmed they feel.

But behind that strength can be:
• Fear
• Exhaustion
• Anxiety
• Guilt for needing rest or emotional support themselves

Many caregivers spend so much time caring for someone else that they stop acknowledging what they’re carrying too.

If you know a caregiver, check in on them too.

Not just for what they do, but for how they’re doing.

Send this to a caregiver who deserves support, too.
