Join us at Putney Community Center (10 Christian Sq) from 4:30-7 - stay the whole time or just drop in. We will be playing American mahjong. Instruction, guided play, open play - we’ve got it all. We’ll be playing at this time today 10/5, 10/12, and 10/19.

Bring yourself, any food/drink you may want, and that’s all you need! No RSVP required. Message us with any questions and we hope to see you there.

🀄️ Final Wednesday night mahjong on Wednesday, 9/30 from 7-9! Open to all.

October brings Monday Mahjong! We’re changing it up so people can come straight from work or before it gets dark. New day and time.

📆 Join us on 10/5, 10/12, and 10/19 from 4:30-7 for instruction, guided and social play! 10/26 is TBD.

Drop in or stay the whole time. Feel free to bring whatever you need to eat or drink! We’ll have tea as usual.

If anyone would like to continue playing Wednesdays, let us know. We can provide the space and supplies, but not the host.

📧 Finally, please check your email spam folder! Emails are still going to spam and while we try to sort this out, stay tuned here for updates.

See you Wednesday night and then October Mondays!

We had another fun night playing mahjong and mingling at Putney Community Center! We will have at least one more evening session on Wednesday, September 30 from 7-9. If you are brand new, feel free to come at 6:45 for a quick overview.

As always, message us with your email address or email [email protected] if you would like to stay up to date on future mahjong dates and plans! (And check your spam folder, for some reason our mahjong emails seem to be going straight there 🙄)

In the meantime, we have six(!) hours of Sewing in Community on Saturday 9/26 from 11-5. Email [email protected] with questions!

Two chances to spend time with your neighbors (and play mahjong!) at the Community Center in the next week.

Wednesday 9/9 from 10 am -12 pm - our monthly coffee and conversation gathering at 10 Christian Square in our community room. Coffee, tea, and biscotti will be served! Games will be available, including mahjong.

Wednesday, 9/16 7-9 pm: It's our first Mahjong and Mingle event! Whether you've never touched a tile, play online, or have been playing for decades, we'll have a table for you (as well as a mahjong set and cards). If you can't make it but want to join our mahjong mailing list, email [email protected] to stay in the loop!

RSVP not required for either event, but if you want to send an email with info about your mahjong experience, it will help us plan. Can't wait to mahi and mingle!
