Did you know that practicing Gratitude builds resilience?
😁🗞️Since 67% of you already read our first issue of Breadcrumbs…
you already know this…
and we love that! 🤓

The inaugural issue of our newsletter Breadcrumbs, includes a Gratitude Moment encouraging you to reflect and celebrate yourself.

Reflection and gratitude are built into the 6-week leadership development program at Breaking Bread.

💡When practiced regularly, gratitude is proven to release dopamine and other “happy” neurotransmitters. I’ll admit that it takes some getting used to as we live in a world where we are always rushing on to the next thing.

✍🏼Here’s our favorite Gratitude prompt to get you started…
What would 10-year-old you be proud of?🧐

Gratitude doesn’t mean that life is perfect and free of challenges.

If anything, practicing gratitude fuels you on to face those challenges by building resilience and perspective. It goes hand in hand with continuous improvement.

So, here are two actions for you to consider
1️⃣ Do share what 10-year-old you (or 20) would be proud of?
2️⃣ Please Subscribe to Breadcrumbs using the Link in Bio or head directly to our website

📧 Breadcrumbs is our way of bringing a
morsel of inspiration and
a sense of connection to your inbox,
every two weeks.

At a time of doomscrolling, multitasking
and speed networking,
we invite you to slow down, pause
and take a few minutes to invest in yourself.

💡Slowing down isn’t about inertia but intentionality.

When you are intentional about your energy and time, you can focus on what’s important rather than reacting to whatever is coming your way.

Extra! Extra! The Sunday Edition 📰
It is surreal to see in the Boston Sunday Globe

We launched Breaking Bread with a simple mission…
To bridge the gap between Talent & Opportunity by providing Leadership Development & Mentorship that is affordable, relevant and convenient.

This is easier said, than done. Not every door opens on the first (or fifth) knock and some may not open at all. It’s a lot of… Breaking Barriers

The incredible response from participants and press has been most gratifying🙏🏽

We are thankful for this recognition…more importantly, articles like this spread the word about our work and connect us with talented folks excited to join our mentoring cohorts!

Grab today’s Globe and read all about it!!! Thank you
