This calls for a celebration!🎓We recently gathered to honor the Equity Leadership Initiative+ 2025/2026 cohort as they completed a transformative, yearlong program centered on leadership, social impact management, and collective growth - all through an equity focus.

These leaders showed up fully - with curiosity, courage, and commitment - and Rhode Island is better for it.

We're incredibly proud of everything they've accomplished and everything they'll go on to do. Congratulations to each and every one of them!
