As 2025 comes to a close, we’re celebrating more than just the new year. Thanks to the dedication of our members, officers, and staff, the IUEC has reached over 1,100 days without an on-the-job fatality. It’s a remarkable achievement and the greatest gift we can give ourselves, our families, and our brotherhood/sisterhood.

This year, our union continued to grow in membership, work, and influence, and we’re proud of the partnerships we’ve built across the industry and around the globe.

As we look ahead to 2026 and our 125th anniversary year, we’ll host the first-ever IUEC Global Safety Summit and our 33rd General Convention. Here’s to another year of keeping our members safe, strong, and united.
