What would it feel like to meet your life with greater steadiness, compassion, and ease?
This daylong retreat invites us into the classical heart practices of lovingkindness (mettā), compassion (karuṇā), and equanimity (upekkhā), grounded in the Insight Meditation tradition.
Through guided and silent meditation, mindful awareness of the body, and Dharma reflections, we’ll explore how embodied presence can soften reactivity and help us meet the changing conditions of life with clarity and care.
Together, we’ll practice being with impermanence, difficulty, and uncertainty — not by pushing experience away, but by learning to meet it kindly.
This retreat is open to both newer and experienced meditators.
