Douglas Pullin: Resident Teacher
🪷 Sunday Morning at PIMC | In Person + Zoom 🪷
📅 Sunday, July 26 | 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Join resident teacher Douglas Pullin this Sunday, July 26 as he explores the Third Noble Truth and the possibility of genuine liberation from suffering.

The Buddha's teachings begin with the reality of suffering, but they ultimately point toward something far more hopeful: the possibility of genuine freedom. What kind of freedom was the Buddha describing, and what does it look like in an ordinary human life? Together we'll explore the Third Noble Truth—not simply as the end of suffering, but as the unfolding of a life lived with greater wisdom, compassion, authenticity, and joy. As clinging softens, we may discover that freedom and human flourishing naturally arise together. Through Dharma reflection, personal stories, and shared inquiry, we'll explore how the Buddha's teachings invite us to discover a freedom that is not something we acquire, but something revealed as clinging begins to soften.

The morning will include guided and silent meditation, a Dharma talk, and time for discussion and community practice. All are welcome, whether new to meditation or experienced practitioners.
