Whether you’re new to archery or looking for more time to practice your skills, join Adaptive Sports Northwest for an afternoon at Archers Afield in Tigard!

The first 30 minutes will feature instruction, information, and feedback on archery form, followed by open practice time for participants to shoot at their own pace.

Join us for a Discover Scuba Experience (DSE) with S.A.F.E. — Scuba Access For Everyone! (Scuba Adventures For Everyone) Participants ages 10+ with disabilities will have the opportunity to experience scuba diving in a supportive environment alongside trained instructors and buddy divers.

📅 Saturday, November 14, 2026

💰 FREE for current ASNW members
🤿 No previous scuba experience required
👥 Space is limited to 16 participants

Participants will learn basic scuba skills, get fitted for gear, and experience the feeling of breathing and moving underwater. Please bring a swimsuit, towel, required paperwork, and your own lunch.

Join the 2026 Walk-N-Roll Your Way – Portland for the Spina Bifida Association hosted by OHSU for a morning of community, connection, and fun while supporting programs that make a lasting impact. Your participation helps fund:

A big congratulations to the Rose City Thorns Goalball team for taking first place at the recent national tournament that took place in Colorado Springs, Colorado this past weekend!

The ladies won the final game 8 - 4 against team Code Blue to secure the national title. Awesome job Thorns!

Join us this summer for the 2026 Adaptive Cycling Series with Adaptive Sports Northwest! 🚴🏽

Whether you bring your own bike or use one of ours, this series is all about movement, community, and making memories on the track.

You can also bring your family and friends to ride with you! All riders will need to fill out an ASNW membership form (if you have not yet filled one out for 2026) prior to hitting the track which you can find on our website.

Best of luck to the Rose City Thorns Women’s Goalball Team as they head to Colorado Springs to compete at the 2026 Goalball Nationals! 🥅🏆

The team will take on competitors from across the country August 14–16.

What barriers have you experienced in outdoor spaces? Your perspective can help shape a new sensory trail at Owens Farm in Corvallis, Oregon—and you don’t have to live in Oregon to participate.

The project team is looking to hear from:
- People with disabilities
- Deaf community members
- Blind and low vision community members
- Neurodivergent people
- People living with chronic illness
- Family members, caregivers, and professionals who support the disability community

There are several ways to participate, including a 30-minute virtual interview, and participants will receive a $50 Visa gift card for their time. Feedback is being collected through August 21.
