Today is my grandpa's 86th birthday!

My whole life, he has been my biggest fan, supporter, and cheerleader. I found this video from when I was a baby and it brings me so much joy, but now being a member of the Miss America Organization, this video means even more.

So fun to see "Pride and Prejudice" with my Miss Utah Sweeps Org family today at The Ruth and Nathan Hale Theater ! 👑

Brittany Butler is an Austen fanatic, which made watching it even more special!

It's also such an honor to know the incredible woman who wrote this adaptation: Melissa Leilani Larson ! So impressed by her work!

Thank you to Curt - Creative Marketing Director for these tickets! It's always a blast to have a girls day with pageant sisters! 🫶✨

Community Initiative Service Fair!
(Like a science fair but for pageant girls)

I've been looking forward to this event for months, because it's an opportunity to learn about everyone's initiatives, and to see all my pageant friends in one place! There is something about seeing them again that recharges my battery and brings me so much joy. The sisterhood is real.

This morning I had the honor of walking in the 2026 Walk4Hope ! 🫶

There were so many emotions this morning, being able to hear powerful stories, and being reminded how loved every single person is, beyond their capacity to know.

𝙆𝙄𝙍𝘼 𝙂𝘼𝙍𝘿𝙉𝙀𝙍 walked in the Walk 4 Hope for 5 years, but since she's on her mission, she was unable to attend this year. My favorite thing she does is make posters every year; her mom Helen Capehart Gardner put together an activity where we all made posters. When I walked this morning, I brought my Kira cutout, so she could still be at the event.

Sometimes life can be hard and heavy, but this morning proved that life is so much better when you are surrounded with incredible people. Everyone has a challenge, whether you see it or not, and with my Next Chapter Project, I am bringing hope; proving that one hard moment doesn't define your story, you can still turn the page.

I want you all to know that you are so loved and so strong. If you ever need someone to talk to, I'm happy to be your girl. My DMs are open. 🫶 I have time for you, and I love you all. But also know that there are resources: If you are struggling, or know someone who is struggling with su***de ideation, text 988 or download the Safe UT app.
