šŸ  Project Update: MGH Housing Renovation

Progress is happening!

The housing unit renovations at Moyo General Hospital are now 85% complete—bringing healthcare workers and their families one step closer to safe, stable housing.

These homes, originally built in 1971, have long faced leaking roofs, broken windows, unstable ceilings, and unsafe living conditions. Thanks to the support from our Poker Playoff event sponsors and generous donors, that is beginning to change.

This project is about more than renovations.

It’s about helping healthcare workers feel safe where they live, rest after long shifts, and continue serving their communities with dignity.

Stronger homes mean stronger healthcare for the entire community.

Thank you to everyone helping make this possible. More updates coming soon as we move closer to completion.

ā¤ļø Behind every surgery is a story.

During the November 2025 surgical outreach camp in Northern Uganda, Pipeline Worldwide partnered with Ohana One and local healthcare teams to provide critical surgical care for patients who otherwise had little access to treatment.

Among the patients was one young girl who arrived after surviving a devastating house fire while trying to save her baby sister. Tragically, her sister later died from severe burns, while she survived with life-altering injuries.

After initial skin grafts in Kampala failed, she was sent back to Gulu still in urgent need of care. Through rapid coordination between David Kulber, Katie Osborn, Jeff Smith, local healthcare teams, and supporting partners, an emergency transfer was arranged so she could receive continued treatment. Teams also helped secure transportation, food support for the family, medical supplies, and specialty grafts from MTF Biologics.

Her recovery has continued through ongoing collaboration with partners including Resurge International, Rose Alenyo, Peter Ronoh, and Pipeline Worldwide's Patricia Pirrio, whose follow-up care and support have been instrumental in her healing journey.

This story reflects what partnership makes possible.

Not just treatment—but a path forward.

Not just care—but dignity, compassion, and hope.

You’ve never seen Lonyi Village like this. 🚁

We just dropped new drone footage on our YouTube—and it offers a whole new perspective on what’s being built in Moyo, Uganda.

Lonyi Village isn’t just a campus. It’s a 3.4-acre training and lodging space designed to bring healthcare education, workforce development, and opportunity directly to the community.

In a region where access to electricity, clean water, and training is limited, this kind of infrastructure changes what’s possible.

But that’s just the beginning.

🩺 Expanding access. Strengthening systems.

In partnership with Ohana One, Pipeline Worldwide supported a surgical outreach in Northern Uganda in November of 2025—bringing critical care to patients who would otherwise go without.

In just six days:
• 50 patients received surgical treatment
• Life-changing procedures addressed burns, trauma, and congenital conditions
• Daily post-operative care ensured continued recovery

But this work goes beyond surgery.

Through hands-on collaboration, local teams received training in:
• Burn care and wound management
• Airway management
• Rehabilitation and post-surgical recovery

Some of these same team members will return in October 2026 for the next surgical camp—continuing to build on this work and expand access to care.

This is what sustainable healthcare looks like—treating patients today while strengthening systems for tomorrow.

šŸ“¦ From donations to impact.

In 2025, Pipeline Worldwide received more than $400,000 in donated equipment and supplies—resources that are now strengthening healthcare, education, and infrastructure across Northern Uganda.

At the center of this effort is our Simulation Container Lab—a transformed shipping container filled with life-saving tools and training equipment.

Inside:
• Neonatal incubators supporting newborn care
• Labor and delivery beds improving maternal health
• An ultrasound machine expanding diagnostics
• PPE and hospital supplies already in use

Beyond healthcare, these donations are building opportunity:
• Tools and equipment supporting vocational training at Lonyi Village
• 300+ baby bag kits distributed to mothers
• Kangaroo wraps improving outcomes for premature babies
• TeleVu technology enabling ongoing training and mentorship

And it doesn’t stop there.

Two additional containers delivered 700+ solar panels, now being installed to power schools, water systems, and community infrastructure.

This is what it looks like when resources are put to work—not sitting in storage, but actively changing lives.

Because of these donations, systems are stronger, access is expanding, and communities are building a more sustainable future.

🌾 From Opportunity to Growth 🌾

Before this project, farmers in Moyo had no way to process rice locally—forcing them to sell at low prices and miss out on income.

Now, that’s changing.

Led by Bernard Bessi, a trusted community leader in Moyo, the rice mill is now installed and running—but that’s just the beginning.

Around it, more is taking shape:
• A piggery house is under construction—turning by-products into new income streams
• An extension is being built to expand into additional flour milling
• Tomato crops are coming up strong—creating even more opportunities for families

This is how one project becomes many.

What began as a way to help farmers process rice locally is now expanding into a network of income-generating activities—creating stability, jobs, and long-term opportunity.

In Moyo, where access and resources are limited, simple tools can unlock entire systems of growth.

This isn’t just about one mill.
It’s about what becomes possible when leadership, opportunity, and community come together.

Thank you for continuing to be part of this impact.

⛳ Tee off for something bigger.

Join us for the 2nd Annual Tee Off for Transport: The Rescue Open—a day on the course that directly supports lifesaving transportation in Moyo, Uganda.

Pipeline Worldwide has already deployed four village ambulances, connecting remote communities to urgent medical care. Our next goal: nine more ambulances—reaching over 300,000 people.

Because in Moyo, getting to care isn’t guaranteed.

Families often walk miles, rely on motorcycle taxis, or carry loved ones during medical emergencies. Village ambulances are changing that—providing reliable, rapid transport for mothers in labor, children in crisis, and patients in need.
