Savage Sisters collects samples from the street drug supply and sends them to the lab for qualitative and quantitative data.

Below are results from the Philly Dope supply in 2026.

Philly dope refers to what used to be he**in. Philly dope is now fentanyl mixed with other substances, listed below.

Savage does not test used paraphernalia, the samples tested are what is being bought & sold in our community. Due to cross contamination we have opted out of obtaining anything from discarded bags or paraphernalia. Other organizations use these methods to test & it works well for their purposes. Savage tests the substances directly because it helps us have an accurate understanding of what/how much is in the Philly dope.

This information is offered to those we serve to help them make informed decisions. The data is shared with local medical professionals to assist in treating individuals. Our team also uses the data and trends to inform how we respond to overdoses and the trainings we provide.
