This role blends training, coaching, content development, and relationship-building to support communities as they launch and strengthen workforce programs that create real pathways to opportunity. From facilitating workshops to developing tools and resources, you’ll help turn ideas into impact at both the local and national level.

✈️ This role includes travel to partner cities across the U.S. and the opportunity to engage with a growing national network advancing workforce development, climate resilience, and economic mobility.

Congratulations to the Philadelphia Department of Commerce ( )’s Taking Care of Business (TCB) Cleaning Ambassador Cohort 2 graduates! 🎉👏🔥

Through TCB, Philly neighborhoods stay safe and welcoming, while residents build skills and access new pathways. In partnership with , PowerCorpsPHL delivers trauma-informed training that strengthens both technical skills and emotional intelligence ✨🧤🛠️

Over six sessions, this group showed up with consistency, curiosity, and commitment to building real-world skills in professionalism, communication, customer service, goal setting, and career advancement 💼🧠✨

Special shoutout to Guest Speaker Aaron Kirkland for pouring back into the next generation as a guest speaker! Your story insight, and affirmations made a real impact 🙌🔥

Huge congrats to these graduates from the Philadelphia Department of Commerce ( )’s first-ever, program-wide Taking Care of Business program (TCB) Cleaning Ambassador training! 🎉👏🔥

TCB keeps Philadelphia’s neighborhood commercial corridors clean, inviting places to shop and work, while creating job opportunities for residents. PowerCorpsPHL is the training provider for TCB, delivering inclusive, trauma-informed training that builds both technical skills and emotional intelligence for Cleaning Ambassadors. ✨🧤🛠️

Over six sessions, these Cleaning Ambassadors showed up with focus, curiosity, and grit to build real-world skills in professionalism, communication, customer service, goal setting, career advancement, and more. 💼🧠💡

On January 21st, they officially crossed the finish line, taking care of business as per usual. 😎 😉💪

As we closed out a year of growth and change, PowerCorpsPHL staff came together for a 2-day Professional Development Retreat, creating a moment to pause, reflect, and reinvigorate ourselves for all that lies ahead.⏸️🔋

From analyzing models of change, strategic planning, and debriefing our programs, to celebrating our collective wins and enjoying one another’s company, this time together reminded us why we do this work. 🔄 🎊🧠
