We are proud of our work to support the military community, both as an employer of many people within the military community (including over 130 Veterans), and as a contact center and IT help desk provider to the Department of War and the Army. Our colleagues who serve the military community through their work at InspiriTec have earned us several awards throughout our history, including the SourceAmerica Honor Roll for Veterans and Performance Excellence in Hiring Veterans with Disabilities awards.

This Military Appreciation Month, we thank our colleagues, customers, and the entire U.S. military community for their continued service to our country!

𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚 𝐁𝐲𝐫𝐨𝐧 has earned the ACA team’s Employee Appreciation Highlight for March!

“Andrea has consistently displayed exemplary customer service through her comprehensive project knowledge, professionalism, and compassion while assisting Pennsylvanians with their benefit applications and inquiries,” says Jerel London, the ACA team’s Manager.

Away from her ACA role, Andrea loves game days with the family and reading with her Ragdoll cats!

Andrea, we are grateful for your dedication to your families at InspiriTec and at home!

In 2026, this workstation looks ordinary. What our colleagues with disabilities are doing at workstations like these, however, is extraordinary. On National Telephone Day, we thank Alexander Graham Bell, who invented the telephone in 1876!

Though he wouldn’t recognize the devices at this workstation, nor the technologies that power them (such as “the Internet” and “the cloud”), Bell would be proud that a social enterprise that builds careers for people with disabilities was established in Philadelphia: the same city where he showed his invention to the world 150 years ago. After all, Bell’s contributions to telecommunications were influenced by his first career: an educator for the deaf.

Congratulations to the team at Finger Lakes Textiles, a division of Mozaic located in Waterloo, NY, whose service to our military community was featured on NewsNation’s “American Made” series! Finger Lakes Textiles employs Americans with disabilities and Veterans, whose work includes making winter headwear for the U.S. Armed Forces.

InspiriTec and Mozaic are among the 400+ AbilityOne contractors who employ Americans with disabilities and Veterans on federal contracts. Through the AbilityOne program, approximately 41,000 Americans with disabilities and 2,500 Veterans serve our country by providing products and services to federal agencies. We are especially proud of the work we do to support our nation’s warfighters!

Our Pennsylvania- and New Jersey-based management came to our Philadelphia office this week. We shared a 360° view of our organization, the successes of our teams, and plans for the year ahead!

"After hearing from our managers, one thing is clear: the tremendous work across our teams is driven by how we intentionally support and develop our workforce, building skills and advancing colleagues through defined career paths, which in turn allows us to better support our customers’ evolving priorities,” says Dean Marino, our Director of Strategy and Innovation.

Dave Lange, our Manager of Software Development since 2007 and meeting attendee, began his relationship with InspiriTec’s foundational leadership in the 1980s. “My journey with the social enterprise, from graduating from its computer science program in 1988 to contributing to and observing its growth in 2026, has been the highlight of my career,” Dave says. “I’ve worked with just about every manager in our company’s history. Whether they’ve been here for years or days, we are connected by a desire and determination to make it work. What we do is transformational.”

Congratulations to NASA on a successful Artemis II mission! The crew, which was the first to fly around the moon in over 50 years and who traveled the furthest away from the Earth than any human had traveled before, recently came home by landing off the coast of San Diego.

InspiriTec is proud to operate NASA’s Enterprise Service Center, where professionals with disabilities provide contact center, IT help desk, document imaging, and mailroom services.

Check out photos from the mission, including views of the moon never before seen by humans!

InspiriTec, and President and CEO John Connolly, made the cover of the April 2026 edition of 𝘐𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘊𝘐𝘖 𝘕𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘩 𝘈𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘢! The story highlights how we’ve used Genesys Cloud technology to boost operational efficiency and customer experience, while advancing our mission to employ people with disabilities in contact center and IT help desk careers.

Our team hit the casino and the photo booth to support The PHISIM Foundation’s Casino Night fundraiser!

The PHISIM Foundation, a sister organization of the Philadelphia chapter of the Society for Information Management (SIM), represents the desire on the part of Delaware Valley IT leaders to participate in the betterment of students and IT education. The PHISIM Foundation funds college scholarships for technology students, technology equipment to local K-12 schools, IT internships, and a Teen Tech Camp each summer (hosted by InspiriTec).

Congratulations, PHISIM, on another successful Casino Night! Teen Tech Camp will be here in a flash!

“Take a moment to celebrate, connect, and uplift one another,” says Karen Goodlett, Case Manager for our Army Service Center (ASC) team in Fort Knox.

Our Fort Knox colleagues recently shared appreciation and encouragement in the form of smiles, kind words, and gifts! They’re starting spring with InspiriTec swag, The Art of Happiness by the 14th Dalai Lama, and gift cards for the Louisville Zoo!

“There was truly a sense of excitement, positivity, and connection among everyone involved,” Karen says.
