๐€๐ก๐ฆ๐š๐ ๐‰๐ฎ๐ช๐ช๐š, a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our ACA Consumer Services Center, had a memorable July. He watched his beloved England soccer squad in the World Cup here in the U.S., and he earned our ACA teamโ€™s Employee Appreciation Highlight!

Two World Cups ago (2018), Ahmad joined his favorite stateside team: InspiriTec. Heโ€™s developed into an invaluable CSR with a wealth of knowledge about how to best assist Pennsylvanians applying for health care coverage.

Jeff is a shining star at InspiriTec, where he earned three promotions in 28 months. Heโ€™s now a Lead Help Desk Agent on our NASA Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) team, where he provides complex IT support to NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration employees and business partners!

InspiriTec was proud to send Gordon Clinkscale, Julie Kleedorfer, and Alison Hunt-Johnson to this yearโ€™s Genesys Xperience Conference in Las Vegas!

Our team spent the conference learning about the latest developments in customer experience, AI, automation, and the Genesys Cloud CX platform. Gordon also joined Cynthia Cooper of Genesys for a live show highlighting how InspiriTec is looking to emerging technologies to help advance our mission - โ€œThe InspiriTec CX Transformation Journey.โ€

The conference was also a valuable opportunity to learn from Genesys experts and other organizations, exchange ideas, and bring home new perspectives that can help us strengthen our contact center and IT help desk operations while creating meaningful employment and opportunities for growth for people with disabilities and Veterans.

The Forum brings together leaders from across the SourceAmerica network to exchange ideas and discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of the AbilityOneยฎ Program.

Americans risking their own lives to save others. Americans responding to what they experienced that day by joining our nationโ€™s military. Americans building memorials in towns across the nation that still stand, whether plaques or annual football games. Americans treating each other with more kindness and compassion, mourning those we lost and recognizing we would need to heal together. Americans unifying on our love of country and hatred of destruction. American flags flying from seemingly every building.

โ€œAmerica has stood down enemies before, and we will do so this time.โ€ Though President Bush said this 25 years ago tonight, itโ€™s an ongoing call to action. The thousands of Americans who died from their exposure to 9/11, whether the nearly 3,000 that day or those over time who succumbed to resulting health challenges, would want us to overcome the obstacles in our lives and make ourselves stronger. We shall do so in their memory.

At InspiriTec, supporting Americaโ€™s workforce is an important part of what we do.

Through our Contact Center and Help Desk services, our employees support state government workers in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, private-sector workers who need licenses or clearances to work in those states, and federal government workersโ€”including those serving at NASA and in the U.S. military and their families.

But Labor Day has another special meaning for InspiriTec. We create meaningful employment opportunities for professionals with disabilities, Veterans, and disadvantaged individualsโ€”demonstrating every day the talent and capabilities of people who have historically faced barriers to employment.

This Labor Day, we celebrate our own dedicated employees and workers everywhere who contribute their talents, skills, and hard work to our communities and our country.

We wish all workers across America a restful and well-deserved Labor Day. Youโ€™ve earned it!

Andres, a Tier 2 Help Desk Analyst on our DMDC Support Center (DSC) team in Fort Knox ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ the winner of SourceAmericaโ€™s Honor Roll for Veterans Award in 2025, transitioned from a distinguished military career in the U.S. Army to a successful civilian career at InspiriTec, where he provides IT help desk support to the military community.

Thanks to a new state law, county programs in New Jersey that operate on-demand microtransit for people with disabilities and seniors will have more funding resources.

Per the law, โ€œa shared motor-vehicle service that allows a rider to select pickup and dropoff locations by phone or mobile app, with transportation provided at a time of their choice or as soon as possible.โ€
