Our Cougars family is so excited to congratulate Coach Jenna on her recent engagement!

One of the most special parts of our organization is getting to watch our athletes grow up, and we’ve been so lucky to watch Jenna’s journey come full circle — from an athlete wearing a Cougars uniform, to becoming a coach, a mom, and now preparing to become a wife.

Jenna, we are so incredibly happy for you and wish you and your fiancé a lifetime filled with love, happiness, laughter, and so many beautiful memories together!

ONE MORE WEEK!

The countdown is officially on!

Our 12U & 18U teams have already gotten their season started, and next week it’s time to welcome our 8U & 10U teams back to the gym!

We can’t wait to get the whole pack back together and officially have Season 16 underway. There’s so much to look forward to, and we’re ready for another great season with our Cougars!

Trish Fries built a family. 💜

When her youngest daughter, Leah, wanted to cheer, Trish made it happen. She became the founder of the Bridesburg Cougars Cheerleading Program and poured countless hours into building the organization so many of our athletes now call home.

The Cougars were already part of her family's legacy. Trish's father, Mr. Lynch, was one of the founders of the Bridesburg Cougars Organization. Together, their family helped create something that has impacted generations of athletes in our community.

For years, Trish gave her heart to this program. Even after her cancer diagnosis, she continued showing up for our athletes, supporting our teams, and cheering on the next generation of Cougars.

Now it's our turn to show up for her.

On Saturday, September 19th, we're coming together for a Community Benefit to help Trish as she continues her fight against cancer. Whether you can attend the benefit, register a team for the co****le tournament, donate a raffle basket, become a T-shirt sponsor, or simply share this post, every act of kindness makes a difference.

The Cougar Pack has always been a family. Let's show Trish that she'll never fight this battle alone.

Cheer friends make the best friends!

We had so much fun welcoming our friends from the Amber Owls to the Cougars gym tonight! Our girls had a blast working with them on their cheer for the upcoming season and spending some time together in the gym.

We love getting the chance to support other programs, share our love for cheer, and make friendships along the way.

Thanks for spending the night with us, Amber Owls! We can’t wait to have you back again soon and see you out there this season!

Bridesburg Cougars Family Roller Skating Night

Grab your skates and join us for a fun night with the Cougar family!

Your ticket includes:
• Admission
• Roller skating
• Skate rental

This fundraiser benefits the Bridesburg Cougars Soccer Program, and we hope to see families from all of our Cougars teams there for a great night of fun, friends, and community before the fall season begins!

Tickets must be purchased in advance by Friday, August 21. Ticket pick-up information will be emailed once it’s finalized.
