Positive Peer Pressure is just as effective as negative peer pressure,as long as the one being mentored can see an immediate benefit from the surrogate relationship,meaning,status,money, power, credibility,rank among peers.(RRS) has been studying and using this approach for some time now,a

s an experiment,with better than expected results,and now we are looking to expand our services to have a greater impact on the community at large.RRS has put together a copulation of social,political,and business professionals to support this unique approach, and we all really believe that this approach will have a major and IMMEDIATE impact on the crime and violence plaguing our communities.Research shows that crime is at its lowest when and where employment and economic opportunity is at its highest,so we must address this problem with economic empowerment at the top of our agenda.Conflict Resolution,Anger Management,and other Sociological Treatments are also included in our one of a kind curriculum,however, ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT is the focus. Conversely when our young people feel a sense of pride from running their own businesses, or just being a part of an economic system that does not include victimizing others in their own communities,their entire sense of humanity and development is communal,which translates into a better society as a whole,and ,in due time,a change will come.
